How to plant Ampalaya or Bittergourd:
1. Pick quality seeds of Bittergourd and he recommends getting a hybrid.
2. Use a high quality soil complete with nutrients and fertilizer.
3 Use a seedling tray with 104 holes.
4. Place one piece of seed in every hole.
5. Water the seeds and repeat for 3 days.
6. wait for 14 days before transferring the plant in the field.
7. Place 100 grams of Fertilizer in each plant.
