Super Stable Cake Frosting Using Condensed Milk | Icing & Frosting What’s The Difference?

In this video, I will show you the easy way to make a Super Stable Cake Frosting Using Condensed Milk. This is very helpful especially now during the hot weather so that the frosting of our cakes or cupcakes will not melt immediately. We will make two flavors (Vanilla Frosting / White & Pink, and Chocolate Frosting). We will also use it for designing our cake and cupcake so that I can show you how stable it is. We will also explain in this video what is the difference between icing and frosting.

We can use this as a substitute for icing or for the chocolate syrup we used for our Super Moist Chocolate Cake to make a variant of our product.

INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla Frosting:

400gms Butter
1 can Condensed Milk (390gms)
150gms Vegetable Shortening (Lard)
1tsp Vanilla Flavor
Gel Color (Chef Master) Any Desired Color

Chocolate Frosting
200gms Butter
1/2 can Condensed Milk (195gms)
75gms Vegetable Shortening (Lard)
2tbps Cocoa Powder (Bensdorp)
1tbsp Instant Coffee (Nescafe)
